<p>若食用未煮熟或變質的食物，容易引發腸胃炎，常見症狀包括食慾不振、腹瀉、腹部絞痛，嚴重時還可能出現噁心、嘔吐等不適。若腹瀉同時伴隨黏液、血絲、膿液，並出現持續高燒，則可能是細菌性大腸發炎，建議盡快就醫檢查與治療。此外，糖尿病、慢性腎臟病、心血管疾病患者，以及免疫力較低族群，食用生食時更需提高警覺。一旦感染細菌性腸炎，症狀往往比一般人更加嚴重。</p>
