1.能吃水果就別喝果汁
將水果製成果汁需要過濾渣子，而這麼做其實把水果其中的豐富的營養物質，如膳食纖維都過濾掉了，所以若不是牙齒不好，建議直接吃水果。

2.別單吃水果當正餐
水果雖然富含糖分、維生素、礦物質和膳食纖維等，但也缺乏脂肪、蛋白質和脂溶性維生素。把水果當作正餐，是達不到膳食標準的。

3.種類「雜」一點
吃水果也要均衡！最好各種品種、各種顏色、各種口味的水果搭配著吃，不要只吃一兩種。
