對於產前篩檢，目前技術已能在懷孕10週時，透過NIPTs檢測技術，抽取媽媽10ml的血液，透過分析血液中微量的胎兒DNA，針對胎兒染色體數目異常進行分析，了解高達100多項的疾病風險，內含『骨骼發育不全檢測』。

					<description><![CDATA[<p><img width="1200" height="630" src="https://heho.com.tw/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/6446d860dbbfe540e9e2cbab5f98f1e3-25.png" class="attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image" alt="" decoding="async" loading="lazy" /></p>李斯特菌為第四類法定傳染病，主要透過食用遭汙染的食物感染，目前無疫苗可防。要是孕婦中標，便有可能出現母子垂直傳染的狀況。李斯特菌多半出現在生食裡，像是生菜瓜果、生魚片、生肉、未經消菌處理的生乳等……而若是工廠管線受汙染，一些加工香腸火腿、即食食物，在未經過充分加熱便食用也可能有致病風險。高風險族群像是長者、孕婦、新生兒一旦染病，致死率可達到接近三成。這也是為什麼孕婦時常被告誡不能吃生菜生魚片、要避免生食。蔬果雖然有益身體健康，但最好還是加熱到72度以上再食用。
